Board Meetings

REGULAR MEETINGS:  The Board of Directors has established the following regular meeting schedule:

DATE:  Quarterly on the second Monday of February, May,  August,  and November 

2026:  February 9, 2026 | May 11, 2026 | August 10, 2026 | and November 9, 2026   

TIME:  6:30 p.m. (regular meetings) OR another time determined by the Board, see meeting notices for full details, posted below. 

LOCATION:  At a location determined by the Board, see meeting notices for full details, posted below. 

SPECIAL MEETINGS:  January 15, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., held at the Philip & Jerry Miller Library, Event Hall A, located at 100 S. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104.

Per the provisions of Section 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended by HB21-1278, the District may hold meetings of the Board at a physical location or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing.
